We start by walking the slope, checking for erosion risks, water flow, and soil stability. Every wall or grade starts with understanding how the land behaves.
We build the wall one course at a time—tight joints, clean lines, proper setbacks. On prep jobs, we fine grade, backfill, and compact in lifts to create smooth, stable planting beds or hardscape areas.
Walls need solid footing. We dig down, compact a base, and set the first course level—whether it’s boulders or concrete block. For landscaping, we strip, rough grade, and set drainage slope.
We leave the site tidy and ready for the next crew. Landscapers love working behind us because the grade’s clean, drainage flows, and nothing needs rework.
Central Oregon soils don’t play nice—silty in one spot, rocky in the next. We’ve built walls that hold up to runoff, freeze-thaw, and time. Whether it’s a hillside home or a simple raised bed in Sisters, we shape the ground to hold firm and drain right.
