Site prep isn’t just the first step — it’s the foundation for everything that follows. At BANR, we’ve seen what happens when this stage is rushed or skipped. Rotten organic material left in the soil can turn into a spongey mess that no structure wants to sit on. Wood debris might as well be a ticking time bomb — it breaks down, the ground shifts, and before long, you’ve got foundation cracks.
We clear it all. Roots, brush, stumps — gone. Then comes the fill. But not just any dirt will do. We import the right material, and we don’t just dump and hope. Every inch gets compacted to the proper density. And we don’t guess — we test. Compaction testing ensures the ground will hold up for years to come.
