  • Pacific Coast Restaurants, Stanford's restaurant - Lake Oswego - Grease interceptor - 2005, Before
Scope of Work: PCR was in the process of a complete interior remodel that required the restaurant to remain open during construction. Because of the plumbing/kitchen upgrade an exterior grease trap system was needed. The work included excavation and installation of a 4000 gallon interceptor and related piping, temporary utility connections, new sanitary sewer, relocation of rain/storm drains, new water service and restoration. At the time of construction this location was one of the busiest in the state.

  • Cartlandia-Food cart pod - 2011
Scope of Work: The concept for this project came from the experience and success that owner Roger Goldingay had with his Mississippi Market Place food cart pod. After partnering with AKS Engineering for design then BANR as the general contractor we set out to construct a 35 space facility on the corner of SE 82nd Avenue and Harney Street in southeast Portland. The work included installation of new sanitary sewer, rain/storm drain, waterline, power and natural gas. With this the City of Portland/BES required 1500 gallon grease interceptor and designated dump stations for the cooking facilities. In the final phase were concrete and paving items to complete the first of this size designed/permitted food cart facility in the City of Portland.
