Scope of Work: PCR was in the process of a complete interior remodel that required the restaurant to remain open during construction. Because of the plumbing/kitchen upgrade an exterior grease trap system was needed. The work included excavation and installation of a 4000 gallon interceptor and related piping, temporary utility connections, new sanitary sewer, relocation of rain/storm drains, new water service and restoration. At the time of construction this location was one of the busiest in the state.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
