Project: Cartlandia Food Cart pod
Location:   SE Portland, OR
[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][wpc_custom_heading heading=”The Challenges” colored_line=”yes” size=”medium”][vc_column_text 0=””]Scope of Work: The concept for this project came from the experience and success that owner Roger Goldingay had with his Mississippi Market Place food cart pod. After partnering with AKS Engineering for design then BANR as the general contractor we set out to construct a 35 space facility on the corner of SE 82nd Avenue and Harney Street in southeast Portland. The work included installation of new sanitary sewer, rain/storm drain, waterline, power and natural gas. With this the City of Portland/BES required 1500 gallon grease interceptor and designated dump stations for the cooking facilities. In the final phase were concrete and paving items to complete the first of this size designed/permitted food cart facility in the City of Portland.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row padding_top=”10″ padding_bottom=”30″][/vc_row]
