BANR is a small reputable commercial/residential excavation company with steady local work in the Portland / Metro area, competitive pay and benefits.  We currently have the following open positions:

1. PIPE LAYER / GENERAL LABORER:

Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):

  • Installing underground utilities – sanitary sewer, storm drains & waterlines.
  • General site clean-up & equipment maintenance.

Job Requirements:

  • Dedication, reliability and a willingness to work 40+ hours per week.
  • Knowledge of engineer scale & grades.
  • Experience reading site plans & survey staking.
  • A valid drivers license with a good driving record. (CDL Beneficial)
  • Passage of a pre-employment drug screening, and continued passage of drug screenings throughout the course of employment.

Additional Information:

  • Starting pay based on experience ($18-24/hour)
  • Paid Holidays
  • Medical/dental insurance benefits available after 90 days.
  • Eligible for paid vacation after 1 year.

2. TRUCK DRIVER/EQUIPMENT OPERATOR:

Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):

  • Operating 5 & 12 yd dump trucks.
  • Equipment mobilization utilizing a tilt deck trailer.
  • Equipment operation – excavators, dozer & compactor.
  • Subgrade preparation & finish grading.
  • General site clean-up & equipment maintenance.

 Job Requirements:

  • CDL with a good driving record.
  • Dedication, reliability and a willingness to work 40+ hours per week.
  • Passage of a pre-employment drug screening, and continued passage of drug screenings throughout the course of employment.

 Beneficial (but not Required):

  • Knowledge of engineer scale & grades.
  • Experience reading site plans & survey staking.
